What is the minimum order?
You can order starting at half a meter per fabric quality. Do you want to print multiple designs on this 0,5 meter? Create a file containing all multiple designs and upload it as one.

I have a VAT number, can I use it?
It is possible to enter a (valid) VAT number when you register. We will have to verify before you can place an order excluding VAT. When you cannot wait with your order, you can place the order anyways, accepting to pay the VAT. At the next order, after the VAT number is verified, you can order without paying the VAT amount, if your business is located outside of the Netherlands. The VAT can be recharged at your own government then. 

Can I get a testprint?
You can order starting at 0,5 meter. If you want a test, you can create a file that you want to see printed, and order it as a testprint. Based on the print, you may edit and adjust your files yourself before placing the final order.

How should the files be uploaded?
The best results can be obtained when you upload a file that is fullsize between with 180 DPI. With a lower resolution, you will be able to see pixels. The website will always open files with a maximum of 180 DPI, unless your files are saved with less DPI. The best thing to do is to upload a file that is fullsize 180 DPI.

You can save your file as .jpg. Advised color mode is Adobe RGB. U can upload files up to 150 MB. The website will indicate what the quality of the uploaded picture is. If it's not working, please click on the following link.

I cannot upload the files.
Start by checking the extension. This should be .jpg, other formats cannot be uploaded. Secondly, check the size of your file, it should be maximum 150 MB.
When your file is bigger than 150 MB, there are several ways to make them smaller:
- When your file is a tiff. than save the original file as a .jpg (If you do this from your original file, you will not loose any quality).
- Check if you have any layers or paths within your file. This will make the file unnecessary big.

How big should the file be to get a sharp image?
You will get the best result when you have a file that is fullsize between 150 and 180 DPI. You can save the file as a .jpg in color mode RGB. You can upload files up to 150 MB.

Attention: The size of the file will be determined bu the DPI. The website will always open files with a maximum of 180 DPI, unless your files are saved with less DPI. The best thing to do is to upload a file that is fullsize 180 DPI.

To me, the color is very important, how can I be sure that the correct colors will be printed?
Colors on a monitor screen will look different than colors printed on a fabric, so we always will recommend to do a test print up front or order the color chart. When you work within Adobe RGB color mode, we will have the best color information to create a print that looks most like the image you see on your screen. You can find the manual here, to help you with preparing your files.

Attention: When you re-order a design contact us first, because something in our process can be changed and it's possible that this will slightly change the colors you had before. 

How do I know if the repeat pattern is correct?
You can find the manual here, to help you with a repeat pattern. The description tells you to check your design for a repeat.

Do you save my designs?
If you are a registered user, all of your orders will be stored in an archive for 6 months. If you go to your online account you will be able to see the orders you have done in the past.

Are there any existing prints or files that I can use?
Print Unlimited has a few thousand different designs in collection. We have also different designs from designers that you can order on the website. You can order them through this link. There will be calculated 5% design costs.

How long can the image be that I would like to print?
The length is unlimited. However, do take into account that we produce on natural fibers and that the risk of error will increase when images are longer. Think of a seam in the fabric, ink drops, etc. When you want multiple meters in one piece you can contact us to get more information.

I want to order more than 200 meters, is that possible?
The webshop allows you to order more than 200 meters, however you can also decide to contact our salesagents via the contactform or e-mail.

Can I change my order?
As soon as you have placed your order, it will be processed by our team and we will start with preparing for production. We can cancel the order if it has not gone into production yet. If the order is already in production, the order cannot be changed anymore.

I need the prints sooner, is that possible?
You can select a shipment method that is quicker. You can select the rush order option, which will allow us to manufacture the product within 6 working days and then ship it. If the order is in production, it is not possible to change to urgency.

I want to increase my order, is that possible?
If your order has already been processed to the production, you cannot change the order anymore. If you want to order more, you can login to your account on our website and access your own archive. With just one touch you can order more.

I want to re-order, is that possible?
When you are a registered user, all of your orders will be saved in our archive for 6 months. If you go to your online account, you will find the orders you have placed in the past. You can easily select your required design and re-order.

Attention: When you re-order a design contact us first, because something in our process can be changed and it's possible that this will slightly change the colors you had before. 

The print is not as I expected.
We spend a lot of time on ensuring the highest quality possible. We only print on fabrics of the highest quality. When manufacturing on natural materials it is possible that there will be slight differences from batch to batch. Some tolerance is fully accepted within the textile industry. If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know. Fill in the contact form or send us an e-mail including your comments and pictures of the prints. We will take these into consideration and come back to you with a response.

How do I know the costs?
The costs of the order depends on several factors including the fabric you choose, the amount of meters, the production time and the shipping method.
If you select a fabric within the webshop, the starting prices will be shown. These prices decrease as you buy more meters or take a longer production time. If you want to have several designs to print on one fabric, the webshop will automatically add up the ordered meters of each design to determine the end price.

Besides the printing costs, a customer also pays the shipping costs. The costs of the shipment depends on several factors including the quantity to be sent and the selected shipping method. The prices of the fabrics are shown excluding the VAT-amount. Depending on whether the customer has to pay VAT, the VAT will be added before final payment.

Do you offer discount on large orders?
Yes, as you can see in the webshop, we have embedded the prices of different quantities. The price per meter goes down in larger orders and if you chose a production time that takes longer. Are you planning to order larger quantities than you can order through our webshop? Please contact us via the contactform, or e-mail us.

Who pays the customs fee?
The shipping costs do not include a customs fee. Any fees of this kind will be directly charged to you.

What are the costs for a shipment?
When you are placing your order, you can directly see how much it will cost. Express is the fastest shipment we offer, but it is therefore also more expensive. If you would like the normal shipment method, please select Economy. The third option would be a pick-up at our company.

What is the estimated delivery time?

To manufacture the product, we have different production times. 

When you would like to print your design on fabric, than you can choose from different production times:
Rush production time will take 8 whole working days excluding shipment.
Normal production time will take 13 whole working days excluding shipment.
Economy production time will take 18 whole working days excluding shipment.
Extra Economy production time will take 23 whole working days excluding shipment.

When you would like to print your design on a product, than you can choose from different production times:
Rush production time will take 15 whole working days excluding shipment.
Normal production time will take 25 whole working days excluding shipment.
Economy production time will take 30 whole working days excluding shipment.
Extra Economy production time will take 40 whole working days excluding shipment.

Our production times can differ during the Summer period and also during busy seasons. These production times can take 2 days longerduring these periods.

What are your shipping options?
You can select Economy (standard) or Express (faster and therefore more expensive). In both methods the package is presented at the provided shipping address and you must sign upon receipt. The third option would be a pick-up at our company.

My shipping address has changed, how can I change my address?
Is your order in production? Please fill in the contact form with your new information or send us an e-mail.

Are you planning to place a new order? 
You can change your old information during the order process. It’s also possible to access your account on our website to change the information.

Do I get a notification when the order is shipped?
Yes, you will get an automatic e-mail notification with a trackingcode when the order is shipped.

Can I trace my shipment?
Yes, you will get an automatic e-mail notification with a trackingcode when the order is shipped.

Does anyone have to be present to sign upon receipt of the delivery?
In both possible shipping methods the package is presented at the provided shipping address and you must sign upon receipt.

Which fabric is suitable for my application?
In the online fabric catalogue you can select, in the legend on the left side, fabric an application of a fabric that you are planning to use. The catalogue will then show the suitable fabrics for your application. You can also request the fabric book or request a printed sample of the fabric that you want to use.

Can I wash the fabrics?
The instructions to wash the fabric of your choice are presented in the online fabric catalogue in each individual fabric. On the second tab, ‘washing’, of each fabric you will be able to find the washing instructions.

Will the fabrics shrink more?
All fabrics that we ship have been washed by us. The washing method we use will shrink the fabric back to its original size. This happens on production machines, which makes it possible for the fabric to shrink a little bit more when you wash the fabric yourself. Take this into account when you are placing your order; always order a bit more than you need. Also take this into account when you are designing a placed print.  Make the image a bit bigger than you probably need.

Can I get samples of the fabrics?
Yes, in the online fabric catalogue you can order a printed sample of each fabric when you open the detailed page of each fabric. There is a button on the bottom left which says ‘request sample’.  You can also request a fabric book with white samples of all fabrics. You can order the fabric book here.

I want to order unprinted fabric, is that possible?
If you want to order unprinted fabric, please upload a white file of the size you would like to order. The prices for unprinted and printed fabrics are the same. You can find these prices online in our Webshop. As soon as you have ordered a white file, please contact us so we give you assurance that you will get unprinted fabric.

Where are my data stored?
If you are a registered customer, your address, VAT and order information is saved onto our website. You can see this when you are placing an order or when you go to your account.
