Stretch

Elastic is a collective name for a number of stretchy materials. However, not all materials are elastic rubber band. A common application of elastic is in the hem or band of clothing, where the clothing light to the clamp body in order to prevent that the clothes going deep. Sometimes it is also a very elastic fabric - the so-called stretch-fabric - so that then tightly around the body. The word stretch is therefore used to describe ‘elastic’ (stretchable) fabric. Stretch fabrics are made from neoprene which is “ a family of synthetic rubbers that are produced by polymerization of chloroprene.” General Speaking, neoprene has good chemical stability and has excellent flexibility over a wide temperature range.
